No Power at John Muir

Good morning John Muir families,

Due to power outages at your schools, we are implementing a delayed start today.

If you are able to keep your child at home, we will send a further update on when we expect to open for students. Bus service will not be available for morning pickups to John Muir and Saseenos, but we plan to provide bus services for those registered for busing at dismissal time.

If you are unable to keep your child at home until the power is restored, you are welcome to bring them to Sooke Elementary for supervision as we have space and staff available to offer this service.

As always, the decision to send your child to school is yours. We fully support and respect your choice. If you decide not to send your child, please notify the school of their absence.
